PDF QR Code Generator
A PDF QR code lets people open a document by scanning it: a menu, a manual, a brochure, a price list. You upload the file once and we host it. The code holds a short qrforprint.com link, and that link opens a clean page with an Open the PDF button. On a computer the PDF is also shown inside the page. The page has no ads and sets no cookies.
Free forever while it gets scanned. Make it permanent once for $4.99.
- No “Made with qrforprint” line on the page
- Your own title and message on the page
- Swap the file later, the printed code keeps working
- Scan count, files up to 20 MB, and the print pack
- Never goes inactive. One payment, no subscription
A free code stays active as long as it is scanned at least once every 12 months.
The name goes into the PDF exactly as typed; the on-screen color is an approximation and print output may differ.
Save your brand colors once, reuse them on every code. Stored in this browser.

Create your QR code in three steps
- 01
Create a free account and choose the PDF tab, then upload your document.
- 02
Style the code with your colors or add a logo in the center.
- 03
Download the PNG, SVG, PDF or EPS. Downloading saves the code to your account so the short link works.
Where people use it
Restaurant menus
Guests scan and open the full menu as a PDF. With a permanent code you upload the new menu and the printed code keeps working.
Product manuals
Put a code on the box so customers reach the manual without keeping the paper.
Brochures and catalogs
Share a downloadable catalog from a single printed code.
Free and permanent PDF codes
Free codes hold one file up to 5 MB and show a small “Made with qrforprint” line under your content. A free code stays active as long as it is scanned at least once every 12 months. For $4.99, paid once per code, the code becomes permanent: the line disappears, the inactivity rule no longer applies, you can swap the file later without reprinting, you see the scan count, files can be up to 20 MB, and the print pack is included. There is no subscription.

Frequently asked questions
Where is my PDF stored?+
The file is stored in our storage in the European Union and served over HTTPS at an unlisted address. Anyone who scans the code or has the link can open it, so do not upload confidential documents.
Can I replace the PDF after printing the code?+
On a free code you can replace the file during the first 24 hours, which is enough to fix a wrong upload before printing. After that, replacing the file needs a permanent code, $4.99 once. The printed code does not change.
Is there a file size limit?+
Free codes hold a PDF up to 5 MB. Permanent codes hold a PDF up to 20 MB.
Do I need an account?+
Yes, uploading a file needs a free account. It lets you find, edit and delete your codes later, and it keeps the service free of abuse.
