Voice Ticket and Gift Tag Maker

Admit one listener.

A voice ticket or gift tag goes on the present, the bouquet or the parcel. The person scans the QR code and hears you. The ticket borrows the colour bands of 1972 Munich tickets, with from, to, date and track fields in large numerals and a perforation line. The kraft tag has a punched hole, a red band and blank lines so you can write the names by hand.

How it works

01

Make an audio code first: record in the browser or upload an MP3, save the code and copy its short link from My codes.

02

Pick the ticket or the tag, paste the link, fill the date, from and to. Leave from and to empty on the tag to write them by hand.

03

Download a print ready PNG or EPS, print on card stock, cut along the edge. Punch the hole on the tag and tie it with twine.

Where it works

Christmas morning

A ticket for 25 December at 08.00 with a message from the family abroad.

Parcels and bouquets

A kraft tag on the box or the flowers that says the words out loud.

Advent calendars

Twenty four small tags, one code each, or ten recordings behind one permanent code.

Frequently asked

Does the person need an app?

No. The phone camera reads the code and the recording plays in the browser.

Can I print many tags from one recording?

Yes. The same code can be printed as many times as you like; every tag plays the same recording.

What size is the tag?

The download is a portrait file at an 11 by 18 ratio. Print at A7 for a tag or A6 for a ticket; keep the QR at least 2 cm wide.
