Terms of Service

1. Service Description

qrforprint, operated by Digimental Teknoloji A.Ş., provides QR code generation software. The free plan includes unlimited static QR codes and up to 3 dynamic codes with analytics. File uploads for PDF and image codes require a free account. The Pro plan, $9 per month, removes the dynamic code limit, unlocks fallback URLs and scan limits, and removes the watermark from card exports. Subscription fees are billed via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as Merchant of Record.

qrforprint is software that produces QR images and, for dynamic codes, redirect links. It is not a payment service: it does not process, route, hold, verify or receive funds, and it provides no wallet, exchange, custody or transfer service. Where a code opens a payment or wallet destination, that destination belongs to a third party and is governed by that party's terms.

2. Accounts

Users must create an account to access the Pro features. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities under their account.

3. Subscription and Payment

The Pro subscription is billed monthly at $9 and renews automatically until cancelled. Users can cancel at any time from their account; access continues until the end of the paid period and no further charge is made. Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

If a payment fails or a subscription ends, the account reverts to the free plan. Dynamic codes above the free limit stop resolving and show a neutral unavailable page until the account is brought back within its plan limits; static codes are unaffected because their content is encoded in the image itself.

4. Acceptable Use

Users must not create dynamic QR codes that link to illegal content, phishing sites, malware, or destinations that impersonate another person or organisation. qrforprint reserves the right to disable any abusive code, with or without notice, and to terminate the account behind it.

Anyone can report a qrforprint code at info@qrforprint.com with the code's short link. Reports are reviewed and codes found to breach this section are disabled, after which the short link resolves to a neutral unavailable page.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by qrforprint are the intellectual property of Digimental Teknoloji A.Ş. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Third-party names such as Google, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Instagram, WhatsApp, Spotify, the App Store and Google Play appear on this site only to describe what a QR code can point to. qrforprint is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them, and no partnership is implied.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. qrforprint does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digimental Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Termination

qrforprint reserves the right to terminate accounts or access to the service at its discretion, particularly in cases of violation of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey.
