qrforprint, operated by Digimental Teknoloji A.Ş., is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our QR code generator service.

Data We Collect

We collect the following data:

• Account Email: Your email address for account creation and communication.
• QR Content: The content you generate using our QR code service.
• Anonymous Scan Logs: Information about scans, including country and device type. No IP addresses are stored.
• Server-Rendered Output: Static QR content is encoded in your browser. When you request a server-rendered file such as EPS or a print-ready sheet, the rendered artwork, which contains the QR content, is sent to our server to produce that file. It is used only to generate the file you asked for and is not stored for any other purpose.

Files You Upload and the Pages That Show Them

When you upload a photo, a PDF or an audio file, we store it with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt). Photos are resized and re-encoded as WebP in your browser before upload, which normally removes camera metadata such as location. Animated GIFs, PDFs and audio files are uploaded as they are. The file is served at an unlisted address: anyone who scans the code or has the link can open it, so do not upload anything confidential. If a photo shows other people, you are responsible for having their permission.

The page that opens when someone scans a hosted code loads no analytics and sets no cookies. When a code is scanned we record the time, the country, the device type, the operating system and the referring page if the browser sends one, with no IP address and no identifier for the person scanning. Our own usage counter records events such as "a code was created" or "a file was downloaded" with no IP address, no email and no account identifier.

You can delete a hosted code from your account at any time, which also deletes its files unless another of your codes uses the same file. Photo and PDF codes created before hosted codes existed carry the file address inside the printed code itself, so deleting such a code does not delete its file; write to us if you want that file removed. To delete your whole account and everything in it, write to info@qrforprint.com and we will do it within 30 days.

Using qrforprint in Claude

If you connect Claude, the assistant made by Anthropic, to your qrforprint account, you sign in on our site and approve the connection yourself. Our sign-in provider, Supabase, then issues Claude an access token that expires after one hour and can be renewed while the connection stays in place. Through this connection Claude can list your codes with their scan counts, create dynamic link codes and change where your dynamic link codes go. It cannot delete codes, upload files, see payment details or change your password.

We receive only the requests Claude sends to our tools: the content of a QR preview, and the name and web address of a code you create or change. Preview content is used to draw the image and is not stored. Codes you create or change are saved in your account like any other code. Our server logs for these requests record the tool name, the result and the time taken, and never the content, the web address or the token. Your conversation with Claude is not sent to us; Anthropic handles it under its own terms and privacy policy, and Anthropic is not our data processor.

You can end the connection at any time by removing qrforprint from Claude's connector settings, or by writing to info@qrforprint.com.

Data Processors

We utilize the following third-party processors:

• Supabase: For hosting services.
• Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing (Merchant of Record).
• Google/Apple: For sign-in services.
• Google (Analytics & Ads): For website analytics and advertising measurement, loaded only after you consent.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and run the service. With your consent, we also use analytics and advertising cookies from Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) to understand how the site is used and to measure the performance of our ads. These optional cookies load only after you choose "Accept all" in our cookie banner; if you choose "Essential only," no analytics or advertising cookies are set. We honor Google Consent Mode, so tracking stays disabled until you opt in. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies for this site.
