No. Scanning opens your contact details in the phone's native contacts — no app or account needed on either side.
Can I update my details after sharing?
The card encodes your details directly, so already-shared codes keep the details they were made with. Edit your information and generate the card again to share the new version. If you need one code that can be re-pointed later, put a dynamic QR link on the card instead.
Can I print these too?
