## Facts
- 15 supported QR formats (URL, text, email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, social,
  App Store smart link, PDF, image, audio, Wi-Fi, vCard, location, event), each with
  dedicated use-case landing pages
- Hosted codes (photo, PDF, audio): you upload the file, the QR code holds a short
  qrforprint.com link, and the link opens a clean page with the content. The page
  has no ads and sets no cookies, and every page has a Report link
- Free hosted code: one file up to 5 MB, a small "Made with qrforprint" line on the
  page, the file can be replaced during the first 24 hours, and the code stays
  active as long as it is scanned at least once every 12 months
- Permanent code: $4.99 paid once per code, no subscription. Removes the line, adds a
  gallery of up to 10 photos with a title and a message, lets the owner replace the
  file any time without reprinting, shows the scan count, raises the file limit to
  20 MB, includes the print pack, and has no inactivity rule. Permanent means no
  recurring fee and no inactivity rule for as long as qrforprint operates
- 5 code pack: $22.99 paid once puts 5 credits on the account; each credit makes one
  hosted code permanent without a checkout. Credits do not expire and work on codes
  created later. A refund of the pack returns its codes to the free rules
- Static codes cannot expire: they hold the destination directly and do not
  depend on qrforprint
- Free: unlimited static QR codes, logo & color customization,
  PNG/SVG/PDF/EPS downloads with no watermark, plus 3 dynamic codes
- Fallback URL, scan limit and custom fonts are available on every account
- Pro subscriptions are no longer sold (since 15 October 2026); existing Pro accounts keep
  their plan until they cancel
- Analytics: human scans only, while a code is active — counts by country,
  device and day. Bots are excluded, as are scans after expiry or scan limit
- Dynamic codes: editable destination after printing, optional expiry
- File uploads need a free account; PDF, PNG, JPEG, WebP, GIF, MP3, M4A. Photos are
  resized to 2000 px on the longest edge and converted to WebP. SVG and video
  uploads are not accepted
- Bulk generation from a pasted list or CSV (10 rows free, 500 on Pro);
  CMYK and named spot-color print PDFs
- Not a payment service: no funds are processed, routed, held or received,
  and there is no wallet, exchange or custody feature
- Sign in with email, Google, or Apple; web-only (no mobile app, no public API,
  no team workspaces, no NFC)
